AIDA is the abbreviation for the following :
A - Attention
I - Interest
D - Desire
A - Action
Well I took this commercial as an example to explain the importance of such strategy in communicating a product.
In this commercial, they get your Attention by introducing the girl, who is taking a bath, which pulls your interest.
When you see chainsaw Charlie behind her it draws your Desire to see if she's going to survive.
And just when you where hooked in, to see what is going to happen, here the product makes his Action and you are convinced, because you got the message.
AIDA is GoOD
So it has been written, so it shall be done.
